Ceri leads the customer experience function at MBAstack, helping clients win the hearts of customers through data driven insights, empathy and imagination. Ceri has experience of working across multiple sectors, for clients including Shell, O2, Santander, EON and GSK, to deliver experiences that live up to the brand promise.

Amongst our mixed breed of creatives, strategists, technologists and data experts, and the people that support and bring it all together, you’ll find over 60 of us working happily from home and at our new offices in Bow Street. As well as our MBAstack colleagues, we also connect daily on projects with relevant experts from the wider MSQ family.
